Location

Hybrid opportunity based in either York PA or Lancaster PA with an expectation of working in the office at least three days per week.

Job Description

• Advise clients on estate planning elder law asset protection Medicaid planning trusts wills probate and estate administration.
• Draft estate planning documents including wills trusts powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
• Guide clients through complex legal matters with compassion and clear communication.
• Conduct client consultations and develop customized legal strategies.
• Participate in educational seminars workshops and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust education and proactive legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Estate planning elder law probate Medicaid planning or related experience is welcomed but not required.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Passion for helping families navigate important life decisions.
• Collaborative team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach.
