The ESCROW OFFICER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.
- Coordinate with buyers sellers agents lenders title companies and other parties.
- Review and prepare escrow documents and closing instructions.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and transaction partners throughout the escrow process.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Experienced Escrow Officer with a strong understanding of the escrow process.
- Established book of business is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Experience with RBJ preferred.
