ES Lead Bldg Ops Engineer

As a Building Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing electrical painting roofing heating and cooling.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor maintain and repair building systems including mechanical plumbing electrical and fire life safety systems.
• Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Analyze complex technical problems and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of building engineering experience.
• Strong focus on HVAC/R electrical and plumbing.
• EPA certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and climb stairs or ladders.
