ERP Trainer – HRMS Payroll Suite ERTHPS # WIR

Location: Milwaukee WI

The ERP Trainer HRMS/Payroll Suite is responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Human Resources Benefits Payroll Recruiting and other HRMS functions. The trainer works closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure users understand and effectively utilize ERP capabilities.

• Design and deliver ERP HRMS and Payroll training programs.
• Conduct instructor-led classroom virtual and hands-on system training.
• Demonstrate HR Benefits Payroll Recruiting and employee self-service functionality.
• Develop training guides user manuals quick-reference materials and learning aids.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and answer participant questions.
• Support organizational change management and ERP adoption efforts.
• Assess training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.
• Maintain training environments and learning materials.
• Assist with ERP implementation upgrades and rollout activities.
• Provide post-training support and user assistance.

• Training and instructional design
• HRMS/HCM and Payroll business process knowledge
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• End-user support and customer service
• Training documentation development
• Change management and user adoption

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Information Systems Business or related field
• Experience training ERP HRMS/HCM users
• Familiarity with Oracle web-based ERP applications
• Ability to facilitate classroom sessions with 1012 participants
• Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll system implementations
