Job Summary:

The Sr. IT Supply Chain/Logistics Operation Manager leads IT operations continuous improvement and roadmap execution for supply chain and logistics systems with emphasis on EDI WMS TMS inventory planning integrations data-driven performance improvement and reliable business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations for supply chain/logistics applications and integrations including EDI WMS TMS inventory planning and related systems.
• Use data KPIs dashboards and automation to improve service quality reliability and operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce maintenance tickets and production issues.
• Strong attention to details
• Partner with business vendor and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational challenges. Lead coach and develop a team of 24 IT professionals.
• Define and maintain the supply chain/logistics IT strategic roadmap balancing stability scalability cost and business value.
• Ensure adherence to IT controls change management security documentation and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Supply Chain Logistics Business Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in IT operations application management systems integration or supply chain/logistics technology.
• Experience with EDI WMS TMS inventory planning ERP order management or related enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to use data-driven methods to improve reliability reduce incidents and increase process efficiency.
• Strong experience in root cause analysis incident/problem management continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing technical teams vendors or cross-functional delivery partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs middleware EDI standards message queues file-based integrations and monitoring tools.
• ITIL Lean/Six Sigma Agile PMP CSCP CPIM or related certifications preferred.

• Reduced recurring tickets incidents and resolution cycle time.
• Improved integration reliability system uptime and operational visibility.
• Clear supply chain/logistics IT roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder satisfaction and effective team performance.
