ERP Analyst

On-site role. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
This role is 5 days a week on-site to start and then a Hybrid schedule T-W-TH on-site M&F telework.
Contract to Hire. Must be a U.S citizen or Green Card holder.

• Analyze Design develop optimize and maintain customizations extensions and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules (primarily R12).
• Provide documentation on all system and process enhancements.
• Coordinate regular system updates with the Database Administrator and implement enhancements to meet operational requirements.
• Support and enhance core financial modules includingAccounts Receivable Accounts Payable General Ledger and custom-built processes within the Oracle application.
• Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements document solutions and implement new functionality.
• Develop and maintainPL/SQL packages procedures triggers functions and reportsusing Oracle development tools (TOAD Oracle Forms Oracle Reports BI Publisher).
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues performance problems and data discrepancies.
• Support data migration and interface development activities includingAPI calls Web Services and flat-file integrations.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices change management standards and IT governance policies.
• Collaborate with DBAs system administrators and infrastructure teams to maintain reliable high-performance environments.
• Participate in project planning testing deployment peer reviews and post-implementation support.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams and stakeholders.
