Were seeking a Project Manager Erosion Control to join our team in Brentwood CA. This role blends estimating client development and project management in a fast-paced construction environment with a strong focus on producing accurate estimates and winning profitable work.

As the Project Manger you will manage projects from initial client engagement through estimating pre-construction planning and final handoff to operations.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Develop scopes of work site plans and accurate cost estimates (primary focus)
• Drive new business and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and conditions
• Manage projects from estimating through execution and operational handoff
• Lead client communication meetings and pre-construction planning
• Collaborate with operations scheduling and accounting to ensure successful delivery
• Support project scheduling estimating and execution as needed
• Deliver strong customer service and support overall sales goals
• Work in both office and active construction jobsite environments

What Were Looking For

• AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales customer service estimating or project management.
• Previous construction-related experience is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting information.
