In this roleyoulllead and coordinate testing efforts across the full development lifecycleserving as a key authority on equipment validation.

Drive Equipment Validation Excellence

• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities ensuring all systems meet defined product requirements

• Plan execute and document comprehensive test programs
  

Bethe Technical Expert in Rotary Drilling Applications

• Apply your knowledge of rotary drilling applications to ensure testing reflects real-world operating conditions

• Provide guidance on validation methods across:

• Mechanical systems

• Hydraulics and fluid power

• Electrical and control systems

• Safety systems
  

Own Testing Standards & Data Integrity

• Establish andmaintainstandards for test procedures and reporting

• Ensureaccurate objective and high-quality documentation
  

Analyze Data & Drive Improvement

• Develop data acquisition strategies and measurement approaches

• Analyze results and translate findings into actionable insights for engineering teams
  

Collaborate Across the Business

• Partner with Engineering Production Quality and Technical Services teams

• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to building testing capability across the organization
  

Maintain Testing Systems

• Ensure test equipment instrumentation and systems are calibratedmaintained and ready

• Support modifications and upgrades to meet evolving testing needs

What You Bring

Werelooking for a strong technical professional who combines hands-on experience with analytical thinking and a passion for quality.

Experience

• 812 years of experience in heavy equipment mining equipment or similar industrial environments

• Background in equipment operation maintenance testing engineering or product support

• Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis without sponsorship
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of complex systems (mechanical hydraulic electrical control systems

• Experience with testing diagnostics or system validation

• Familiarity with tools such as data acquisition and diagnostic systems (e.g. CAN-based toolsHydac CAT ET Cummins Insite)
  

Problem Solving & Analysis

• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and develop effective testing strategies

• Confidenceperforming calculations to evaluate system performance
  

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong communicationskills and ability to work across cross-functional teams

• Ability to clearly document and present technical findings
  

Education

• Technical degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience

Work Environment & Travel

• 100% on-site role based in Alachua FL

• Work across office manufacturing and field environments

• Ability to work in industrial conditions and wear PPE as

• International travel up to 20% (including trips of up to 3 weeks)
