Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to work in our Tampa FL Facility.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

What Youll Do:

• Set up and run machines like the die cutting press labeler and encoder following job instructions and company quality rules

• Do regular maintenance on the machines to keep them running well

• Check the paper to make sure its the right size color type and amount

• Watch for mistakes or problems during the job and fix them if needed

• Do special quality checks for jobs that use RFID tags

• Help the press operator with packing and preparing finished products

• Work with your team to plan and adjust the schedule if jobs or deadlines change

• Follow all safety rules and make sure youre using the equipment safely

Your Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday

What Youll Need:

• Able to adjust machine settings with accuracy

• Strong math skills and great attention to detail

• Good mechanical skills comfortable working with tools and equipment

• Able to read and understand written instructions

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 50 pounds (lift push pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience working with very precise measurements

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

• Good problem-solving skills

• A strong eye for quality and detail
