Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.What Youll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe efficient and reliable production. Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and workplace safety. Load move and handle materials in accordance with operating procedures and quality standards. Complete basic maintenance housekeeping and operational tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while following all safety and environmental requirements.What Are We Looking For Demonstrated commitment to safety and the ability to follow established procedures and standards. Ability to operate inspect and troubleshoot industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork communication and problem-solving skills. Capability to perform physical tasks and work effectively in a hands-on operational setting. Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
