Equipment Maintenance Technician (ProbeAssemblyTest)

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the position of Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. Qualifications :

Requirements:

• AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology military training or 10 years relevant work experience.
• 5 years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws Die Attach Wire Bonders Automatic Wafer Probers Device Handlers and Mixed-Signal ATE.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills
• Excellent Oral communication skills
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 40lbs
