We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Bin Maintenance Tech II to support the repair refurbishment and upkeep of our steel donation bins clothes carts and warehouse-related equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools painting and general mechanical repairs while helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.


What youll do:

  • Repair and refurbish steel donation bins and receiving carts
  • Perform sanding grinding painting labeling and decal application on collection bins
  • Use welding equipment and general mechanical tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Retrieve donation bins requiring refurbishment and ensure they are fully emptied before repairs
  • Load and unload bins from trucks using a forklift
  • Assist with maintenance involving wood metal and polymer materials
  • Support warehouse operations including cleaning sweeping and organization
  • Operate the bin scale system during truck unloading
  • Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous welding experience required
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or property management strongly preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Basic Welding Experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push up to 300 lbs. throughout the workday
  • Frequently required to bend squat kneel reach overhead and operate equipment
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse and maintenance environment
