Work Schedule:
100% FTE Days. Hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison WI.

We are specifically hiring for a person to work with AkitaBox and manage physical assets through documentation of location inspections and preventive maintenance rounds using this software program.

We are seeking an Equipment and Services Coordinator to:

• Identify locate document and resolve technical issues related to physical assets across the UW Health System. Help create a seamless transition from construction installations to maintained operations.
• Requires good communication and collaboration: MES staff PDC staff vendor partners (including AkitaBox technical support) IS technical support contractors and others.
• Review analyze and evaluate equipment and systems ultilizing specific software platforms to assure solutions to problems for new and existing installations.
• Create and coordinate custom maintenance/compliance inspections routes and programming for assets across the UW Health system.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED Required
• Associates Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year in data processing maintenance digital controls or electronics Required
• 3 years in data processing maintenance digital controls or electronics Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Drivers License Required
