Job Summary
Senior Epic Willow analyst responsible for a net-new Specialty Pharmacy build supporting Compass Rose. This role is focused build-heavy and requires strong pharmacy operational knowledge and prior specialty pharmacy implementation experience.
Epic Certifications (Required)
Epic Willow Ambulatory
Epic Willow (Inpatient and Ambulatory) build experience
Specialty Pharmacy workflows (not retail-only)
Compass Rose net-new build experience or equivalent payer-aligned specialty implementation
Strong pharmacy operational and clinical workflow knowledge
Healthy Planet experience
Prior pediatric pharmacy experience
At least one conversion project
Demonstrated hands-on Willow build and go-live support
Required Experience:
