We are looking for an experiencedEpic Radiant & Mammography Analystto join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing configuring supporting and optimizing the Epic Radiant module including Mammography workflows. The candidate will collaborate with clinical stakeholders radiology departments and cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance imaging and diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
Configure maintain and support the Epic Radiant application including Mammography workflows.
Gather business and clinical requirements from radiology and imaging stakeholders.
Design build test validate and deploy Epic Radiant enhancements and system changes.
Support Mammography scheduling imaging workflows reporting and clinical documentation.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
L2 & L3 Support
Participate in system upgrades optimizations and new Epic implementation projects.
Coordinate and execute unit testing integrated testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain system documentation workflow diagrams and build specifications.
Collaborate with Epic teams and other application analysts to ensure seamless integration across modules.
Follow Epic best practices and organizational governance standards.
Requirements
3 years of hands-on experiencewithEpic RadiantandMammography workflows.
Epic Radiant Certification is mandatory.
Experience in Epic build configuration implementation testing and production support.
Strong understanding of radiology operations diagnostic imaging and Mammography workflows.
Experience working with integrated Epic clinical applications.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
