Title: EPIC Project Manager
Location: San Francisco CA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

This is essentially a large-scale healthcare transformation and relocation program where Epic expertise is mandatory and project management is the primary function.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7 years of Project Management experience.
- 5 years of Healthcare IT experience.
- Proven Epic implementation optimization or migration experience.
- Significant experience with:
- Epic Beaker (for Lab PM role)
- Epic Willow (for Pharmacy PM role)

- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Budget resource risk and vendor management experience.
- Executive stakeholder management experience.
- Strong change management and operational readiness experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical and operational teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Epic Certification (Beaker Willow or other Epic modules).
- Experience with laboratory automation platforms and integrations.
- Experience with healthcare infrastructure networking disaster recovery and systems migrations.
- Experience with healthcare facility relocations consolidations or activation projects.
What the Client is Really Looking For:
The PM will be responsible for much more than IT delivery. They will act as the overall program lead for:
- Laboratory/Pharmacy operational transition.
- Epic Beaker or Willow implementation and optimization.
- Equipment and automation migration.
- Workflow redesign and operational readiness.
- Regulatory and compliance coordination.
- Vendor and stakeholder management.
- Executive-level communication.
- Go-live planning and activation.
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning.
