Hours Per Week: 40 - Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- General Administration. Answer telephones schedule appointments arrange travel process time cards data and work orders manage budgets and expense reports etc.; interact and serve as a resource for patients customers and other external contacts; may arrange or conduct tours orientations training sessions or presentations
- Budget Reporting. May assist in budget preparation patient billing charging and insurance claims
- Database Management. Maintain electronic/computer databases and paper files; retrieve information as needed and may create financial statistical narrative and/or other reports as requested
- Documentation. Prepare a variety of correspondences
Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of secretarial/administrative support required preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience with PC and office programs including but not limited to database management spreadsheets word processing and presentation software
- Excellent written verbal communication and organization skills
- Bilingual preferred

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience relevant qualifications specialty internal equity location and contracts.
