• Work closely with a visionary CEO who loves dreaming about future growth brainstorming ideas and helping the sales team close large accounts

• Take ownership for running all day to day operations of the companyrolling up your sleeves alongside a small team and growing with the company in the years ahead

• Facilitate quarterly Level 10 meetings as you help finalize document and facilitate the execution of rocks as the company expands and evolves

• Ensure the accountability chart and all KPIs are current clear and communicated

• You will take ownership for making sure that the organization as a living breathing entity has clarity in vision and each member of the team knows what needs to be done for the whole enterprise to reach its destination
