What Your Day Looks Like:EnvironmentalServicesprovides a clean safe environment for patients employees and visitors using prescribed methods in a professional courteous manner.
As an EnvironmentalService Worker you will be:
Cleaningall areas of the hospital by performing routine cleaning of patient rooms nursing units offices clinical areasoperatingrooms waiting rooms lobbies lounges restrooms and corridors.
Ensuring all areas are sanitized according to hospital 7 Step Process
Demonstrating the ability toutilizetheappropriatechemicalsand supplies according to procedures.
Notifying the supervisor of necessary repairs
Cleaning up spills withappropriate equipment
Qualifications:
Education: Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:N/A

Licensure/Certification: N/A
Physical Requirements:Prolong periods of standing and walking; ability to read and write documentation;Exerting20 to 50lbsof force occasionally and/or10-25lbsof forcefrequently.
