Environmental Services Supervisor (Janitorial)

AHI Facility Services strives to provide cost-effective world class integrated facility services to commercial building owners and/or managers nationwide while simultaneously providing their employees tenants and visitors a clean environment in which to work office and visit.

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Required;

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to walk/stand for the duration of the shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities;

Must have strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure quality service and team accountability.

• Inspections- ensure sanitation standards are met
• Maintain cleaning schedule
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ensure compliance with client work order program
• Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
• Review monthly supplies
• Manage maintain and inventory equipment
• Employee coaching
• Other Janitorial Duties as Needed
