Job Summary
Vernon Health is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Aide to join our Environmental Services Department in Viroqua WI. This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff.
Position Responsibilities the Environmental Services Aide is responsible for:
- Cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms offices and other clinic areas
- Performing general cleaning tasks including light mopping and vacuuming
- Supporting a sanitary environment that meets healthcare cleanliness standards
- Floor waxing
- Carpet Cleaning
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 80 hours per twoâweek pay period
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $16.24 per hour depending on experience
