Job Summary
An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Houston TX area for an individual with 7 years experience as an Environmental Scientist with a background in Project Management. This position would earn a generous six figure base salary and a loaded benefits package including 100% paid medical insurance for you and your dependents life insurance 401k with matching profit sharing PTO and other outstanding benefits/perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 7 years of experience as an Environmental Scientist is a MUST
- Experience with Project Management including: budgets scheduling permitting proposals etc. is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations is a MUST
- Experience with GIS/GPS (e.g. ArcGIS Trimble etc.) is a MUST
- Strong technical environmental reporting skills is a MUST
- Previous experience with field investigations for energy oil & gas transportation or ecological restoration site development projects (including: wetland delineation wetland assessment endangered species habitat evaluations aquatic site evaluations mitigation monitoring etc.) is PREFERRED
- Bachelors Degree in Biology Ecology Environmental Science Natural Resource Management or related life science field is a MUST
