Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Manage cumulative project total $400K annually and achieve profitability goals.
- Develop $300K in new project work annually.
- Write and review technical reports and proposals.
- Provide Due Diligence technical guidance to junior personnel.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
- Hire and manage subcontractors.
- Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.
- Ensure safe performance of project work.
- Review Phase 1 reports and write Phase 2 proposals and reports.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in related field and8 years of experience with environmental field sampling data collection and MCP report preparation under the direction of a Licensed Site Professional (LSP).
- Technical writing and oversight
- Business development experience
- Project management
- Previous experience mentoring and training junior staff members
- Microsoft 365/CRM
- Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
- Previous experience with Ohio Voluntary Action Program Kentucky Environmental Agency and Indiana Environmental Agency is preferred.
