The Role

We are seeking an experiencedEHS Specialistto lead the stand-up and ongoing operation of our new 80000 sq. ft. flagship manufacturing facility in Cypress CA. This site will become the primary production hub for the company.

This roleis responsible forowning all aspects ofEnvironmentalHealth &Safety (EHS).Reporting to the Head of Production you will serve as the single-threaded owner forsafety programsconduct safety trainings investigate accidents andhazardsand recommend corrective actions to eliminate or reduce potential will also provideliaison supportto our Redondo Beach site as needed.

This role requires a highly independent operator who can build scale andmaintainsystems in a fast-paced high-growth manufacturing environment.

WhatYoullDo

• Develop and maintain sitewide EHS programs procedures and policies aligned with OSHA Cal/OSHA and Senra Systems standards

• Conduct routine facility inspections equipment checks and compliance audits to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment

• Lead investigations for incidents and nearmisses; perform rootcause analysis and drive corrective actions that address systemlevelcontributors

• Deliver safety training onboarding sessions and ongoing awareness programs for employees and contractors

• Oversee hazardous materials management including labeling storage handling and disposalin accordance withDTSC and environmental regulations

• Recommend andmonitorappropriate PPE engineering controls and administrative controls

• Maintainaccurateauditreadydocumentation permits logs and compliance records

• Stay current on evolving regulations and industry best practices; update programs proactively

• Support construction commissioning and equipment installation activities during facility buildout

• Partner with Production Facilities Engineering and Quality to embed safety into daily operations

• Provide occasional EHS support to our Redondo Beach site and help develop scalable multisite processes

What You Bring

• 48 years of EHS experience in manufacturing aerospace hardware construction or similar industrial settings

• Strong knowledge of OSHA Cal/OSHA NFPA IBC and related regulations

• Experience with hazard assessments incident investigations chemical safety and environmental compliance

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and digital EHS platforms

• Ability to communicate clearly influencecrossfunctionalteams and drive accountability

• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset

PreferredSkills

• Experience with California regional regulations (AQMD CUPA stormwater hazardous waste)
• Knowledge of NFPA electrical safety machine safety industrial hygiene and emergency response

Compensation:

• Compensation will be based on experience qualifications and other job-related factors.
• Salary Range: $85000-$120000
• This is an onsite role at our Cypress CA facility.
