Job Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing implementing and overseeing all policies programs and compliance measures that ensure a safe healthy and environmentally compliant workplace. This role serves as a strategic partner to Operations balancing regulatory requirements with production realities to reduce risk protect KDMs people and environment and advance a strong visible safety culture across all shifts and departments. The ideal candidate is self-directed highly credible on the plant floor and skilled at turning findings into corrective action.

Compliance & Regulatory Management
Inspections Audits & Risk Assessment
Training & Safety Culture
Incident Management & Reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Environmental Safety Occupational Safety and Health Industrial Hygiene Environmental Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry standards.
Experience managing safety committees conducting regulatory training and maintaining OSHA 300 recordkeeping.
Hands-on experience with incident investigation root cause analysis and corrective action management.

Preferred

Masters degree in a related field.
Professional certification: CSP (Certified Safety Professional) CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) CHST or equivalent.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
Experience in print POP display chemical-handling or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience with environmental permitting and hazardous waste management programs.
