A premier national law firm is seeking an Environmental Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising and representing clients on sophisticated environmental regulatory enforcement compliance and litigation matters across a broad range of industries.

3 years of environmental law experience gained at a sophisticated law firm or government agency

Experience advising clients regarding federal and state environmental laws and regulations including matters involving air water and land

Experience handling environmental compliance regulatory counseling enforcement actions permitting investigations and environmental litigation

Experience working with environmental agencies including the EPA and state environmental regulatory agencies

Experience counseling clients regarding environmental risk management due diligence remediation permitting and compliance programs

Experience supporting the environmental aspects of corporate transactions real estate transactions or project development is preferred

Strong legal research drafting analytical and communication skills

Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters while maintaining significant client interaction

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Nationally recognized Environmental practice
