The International PBL Planning and Execution Team is seeking anEntry/Associate Level Supply Chain Specialist to join the team in Ridley Park PA.

This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) for Government Vertical Lift International PBL Team is responsible for the success of International Support Programs for the H-47 Aircraft.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
• Enter track monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders in our ERP System.
• Process material returned from customers.
• Assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities capacity and performance.
• Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the movement of repair carcasses and material required to support repairs to and from authorized repair sources.
• Responds to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
• Track performance to organizations Key Performance Indicators and program specific targets.
• Responsibility for accurate record keeping of customer assets.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Supply Chain
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines
• Experience working both independently and in team environments
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

Export Control Requirements:

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 2 years experience in Supply Chain

• Bachelors degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
• Experience with inventory management systems or database applications

Associate Level - $66000 - $106950
