Entry Manufacturing Laborer 3rd Shift

Pay Rate:

$20.40/hr

Sign on Bonus:

$500 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

Retention Bonus:

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:

• Check for count accuracy and conformance to specification

• Double check for quality issues communicating them to control room operator or wet end operator

• Measure finished sheet for accuracy

• Insert Proper load tags into finished measured units

• Check unit for appearance

• Operate count station and load tag printer

• Restack non-conforming units

• Hand-flip bundles when warped or otherwise required

• Properly document non-conforming materials onto disposition sheet

• Determine whether order is complete or partial

• Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment

• Operator must be proficient in using/reading tape measure and safe use of utility knife

• Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris including keeping floor clean of sheets

• Operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 50lbs during regular work shift

• Operator must follow lock-out/ tag-out procedures

• Prepare and set in place the Top dunnage for unit strapping

• Counting and stacking finished product

• Reading orders
