This is a great opportunity for college students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training.

The Philosophy in Training: Learning to Be an Effective Behavior Therapist

Our training program is competency-based rather than time-based or curriculum-based which means that an experienced trainer will always be by your side until you demonstrate all the skills required to independently and effectively work with an individual child.

in this role you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Candidates must love working with children. While some college experience is preferred no prior ABA therapy experience is necessary.
