We are seeking an Entry-Level Tooling Machinist who has foundational machining knowledge and wants to build a long-term career in mold and tooling fabrication while working alongside experienced machinists.

What Youll Do
- Operate a surface grinder to sharpen steel punches and dies with guidance
- Perform basic machining drilling and CNC operations under supervision
- Assist with mold construction and completion using shop equipment such as drills mills saws and lathes
- Learn CNC setup and basic programming adjustments with support from experienced staff
- Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product quality and safety
- Maintain clean organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
- Care for machines tools and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Work collaboratively with tooling production and engineering teams
What You Bring
- Knowledge of basic machining operations
- Technical diploma associate degree or coursework in Machining Tool & Die or Machine Tool Technology preferred
- Entry-level machining experience internships or shop training acceptable
- Willingness to learn follow direction and grow technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
