As a Quick Lane Technician youll gain valuable hands-on experience performing routine maintenance services while building the skills needed to advance into a full-service automotive technician role. Pay

• $18.00$20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
• Paid bi-weekly
• Opportunities for advancement and increased earnings as skills develop

What Youll Do

• Perform oil changes tire rotations fluid exchanges filter replacements and other routine maintenance services
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors and senior technicians
• Assist with tire services battery replacements and preventative maintenance procedures
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards
• Assist with inventory organization and shop operations as needed
• Support senior technicians while developing technical skills
• Help maintain facility cleanliness including shop floors customer areas grounds and equipment

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical aptitude or automotive interest
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to our Trenton location
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred
