Hoppen Home Systems is looking for motivated individuals ready to start a hands-on career in the fast-growing smart home and low-voltage technology industry. No prior industry experience is required were looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Youll work alongside experienced technicians running cable and installing equipment for residential and commercial projects.

What Youll Learn

Basic construction practices and tool usage
Identification and use of low voltage wiring types
Understanding rough-in and trim phases of a project

Responsibilities

Pull label and organize low-voltage wiring
Assist lead technicians with installation of cameras TVs speakers smart deadbolts maglocks card readers and other equipment
Follow directions from lead technicians and project leaders
Maintain professional appearance and represent the company well on job sites
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Some travel required

What Were Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable and self-motivated
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Ability to work on ladders when needed
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
Pass background check and drug screening

Experience That Helps (But Not Required)

Wiring experience
Security systems access control or AV equipment installation
Basic networking or computer knowledge

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
