• Basic construction practices and tool usage
• Identification and use of low voltage wiring types
• Understanding rough-in and trim phases of a project

• Pull label and organize low-voltage wiring
• Assist lead technicians with installation of cameras TVs speakers smart deadbolts maglocks card readers and other equipment
• Follow directions from lead technicians and project leaders
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the company well on job sites
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Some travel required

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to work on ladders when needed
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred

• Wiring experience
• Security systems access control or AV equipment installation
• Basic networking or computer knowledge
