We are looking for a motivated dependable Entry-Level Flooring Helper to join a specialized 3-person Sheet Goods installation team. Youll work directly alongside one of the best installers in the industry learning the trade hands-on while getting paid.

Sheet goods flooring is a specialized skill and we are willing to teach someone who shows up works hard and wants to learn.

What Youll Do

• Work as part of a 3-person professional installation crew
  
• Assist with the installation of commercial sheet goods flooring
  
• Learn proper floor preparation layout cutting fitting adhesive application seaming and finishing
  
• Learn how to safely use flooring tools and equipment
  
• Help load unload stage and organize materials
  
• Work on projects throughout Indiana
  
• Install flooring in a variety of environments including:
  
• Hospitals and healthcare facilities
  
• Gyms and fitness centers
  
• Schools
  
• Commercial buildings
  
• Other specialized facilities
  
• Learn from experienced craftsmen who know the trade

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
  
• Ability to pass a background check
  
• Willing and able to travel throughout Indiana
  
• Ability to perform physical construction work including lifting bending kneeling and working on your feet
  
• Dependable transportation and attendance
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
