Mpower Direct is hiring Entry-Level Salesto educate residents about energy efficiency programs and help them make cleaner greener energy choices. Whether youre new to sales or looking for a fresh start well provide the training mentorship and support you need to succeed.

Compensation
- Base Pay: $16000k to $37000k
- Commission Pay: $30000 to $104000 Yearly
- BingoNew Hire Bonus: $500
- 50 in 5 - New Hire Quota Bonus: $1000
- Weekend Bonus: Commission paid out 1.5X more on Sat-Sun. $100 to $2500 Weekly
- Promotion Bonuses: $5200 with each promotiontotal potential earnings: $25800
- Pop-Up Bonuses (managers discretion): $1200 to $2400 yearly
- Team Events: Companywide and inter-office Competitions: $2000 to $10000 yearly
- Drivers: receive weekly stipend pay for vehicle use. $200 Weekly
- Meter Madness: The winning office receives a $10000-$12000 bonus split amongst team
- Low End Yearly Salary $55700 - High End Yearly Salary $159400 - Based off 40 hr work week.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
- Educate residents on energy efficiency and green energy solutions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process.
- Build strong communication and customer service skills.
- Work alongside experienced leaders and mentors.
- Contribute to a team focused on growth integrity and success.
