Responsibilities
Respond promptly to candidate and client emails and inquiries
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Assist scheduling interviews and updating candidate records
Handle general clerical duties: filing data entry document prep
Prepare recruitment and onboarding paperwork
Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates
Support the team with additional admin tasks as needed
Preferred Experience
Prior admin office support customer service or receptionist experience
Familiarity with ATS Microsoft Office or CRM software
Data entry and general office procedure experience
Strong overall computer proficiency
Qualifications
Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems
Excellent verbal/written communication and phone manner
Customer-service mindset
Detail-oriented and organized
Reliable punctual positive work ethic
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
