Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. Responsibilities:
- Support the production team with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and materials.
- Coordinate logistics for production schedules including managing call sheets and talent coordination.
- Maintain inventory of production supplies and notify supervisors of necessary replenishments.
- Help with the organization and cleanliness of production areas to uphold safety standards.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film media or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings late nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn industry-standard equipment and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction effectively.
