Position Responsibilities:

• Maintains and updates accurate records performing regular self-audits to ensure data integrity

• Orders tracks and distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to factory personnel

• Coordinates employee access visitor sign-ins and enforce security protocols

• Manages procurement and inventory of non-production materials including office supplies PPE and facility-related items

• Supports new hire onboarding processes and related administrative tasks

• Assists with external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing projects and operational efficiency initiatives

• Provides administrative assistance to resolve emergent issues and support daily factory operations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

• Experience communicating with employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership

• Experience and proficiency in Excel Word Outlook MS Project and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher

• Experience supporting Operations Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment

• Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems

• Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting

• Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills

• Experience with project management and self-managing projects

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: USD $61200 - $82800
