Position Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates accurate records performing regular self-audits to ensure data integrity
Orders tracks and distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to factory personnel
Coordinates employee access visitor sign-ins and enforce security protocols
Manages procurement and inventory of non-production materials including office supplies PPE and facility-related items
Supports new hire onboarding processes and related administrative tasks
Assists with external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing projects and operational efficiency initiatives
Provides administrative assistance to resolve emergent issues and support daily factory operations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Experience communicating with employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership
Experience and proficiency in Excel Word Outlook MS Project and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience supporting Operations Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems
Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting
Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
Experience with project management and self-managing projects

Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: USD $61200 - $82800
