Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in training motivating and communicating with store staff
• Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations
• Organize and maintain sales floor and displays
• Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals
• Delegate essential tasks
• Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Do you have avalid Michigan drivers license
• Do you have 1yearof general retail experience
• Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures
• Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
• Can you demonstrate strong management skills
• Can you lift and carry35 pounds with or without help
• Can youreach bend or stoop
• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day
• Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Are youpleasant cheerful and professional
• Must have telephone access.
