Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for an Entry Level Manager to fill apositionat our BURTON Storelocated at 4095 E Court St (across from Courtland Center Mall) in Burton MI.
$17.00 an hourplus20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in training motivating and communicating with store staff
- Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations
- Organize and maintain sales floor and displays
- Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals
- Delegate essential tasks
- Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures
Think youve got what it takes
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Michigan drivers license required.
- 1yearof general retail experience required.
- Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
- Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures.
- Can you demonstrate strong management skills
- Can you lift and carry35 pounds with or without help
- Can youreach bend or stoop
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day
- Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Are youpleasant cheerful and professional
- Must have telephone access.
