Entry Level Inventory Associate

Qualifications:

Basic computer skills. (MS Excel)

Basic use of hand tools like electric drills.

Ability to work closely with others in a team environment

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to work with computer scanning equipment.

Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.

Must be able to work both independently and in a Team environment.

Must be able to have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation communication with peers supervisors and customers).

Ability to lift / carry by hand items weighing up to 45-50 pounds several times a week.

• Data entry and continued maintenance of information fed to a database with the information required for tracking assets throughout an assets lifecycle
  
• Labeling of all major assets
  
• Work directly with technical support and engineering teams for locational deployment and dispensation of assets
  
• Assist in procurement planning forecasting and physical inventories within the labs
  
• Reconciliation of any inventory and database discrepancies found during inventory audits
