The Berlin Agency is seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people building relationships and growing in a career-focused environment.

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss insurance needs
  
• Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
  
• Assist with quotes applications renewals and policy service
  
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
  
• Keep accurate records and meet agency performance goals
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Sales or client-facing experience preferred
  
• Coachable dependable and goal-oriented
  
• Ability to meet applicable licensing requirements
