What Youll Do

• Job site preparation.
• In charge of appropriate traffic control at job sites (signs barricades caution tape).
• Use blowers brooms shovels and a variety of other hand tools to ensure a clean surface before recoating.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean neat and organized job site

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 1-year experience is preferred but not required.
• Physical Ability: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 90 lbs climbing on vehicles and working in various weather conditions.
• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Dynamic Schedules: Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Safety & Learning: Must be able to meet all safety requirements and have an eagerness to learn.
• Listen to Direction: Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Attention to Quality: Ability to produce quality work.

Work Environment

• Exposure to outside conditions mechanical parts moderate to loud noise and occasional hazardous materials.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekendsexpect full-time plus overtime.
