Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Event Specialist you will assist in the coordination and execution of a variety of events from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community festivals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing various types of events from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
- Support the event team in managing event logistics including setup and breakdown.
- Help prepare event materials signage and promotional items.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
