Job Summary
Our client a California based technology company specializing in networking hardware software telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products is seeking an Entry Level Data Center Technician who meets the below requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cabling and connecting Cisco routers & Switches to metal racks
- Install integrate various product/equipment per Build Specifications and/or Configuration Instructions.
- Cable Management.
- Shipping & receiving. Procurement of materials for project specific requirements.
- Complete physical audit of equipment and accessories.
- Perform asset tagging.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or Degree course
- Physical Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attendance and work ethic required.
- Basic knowledge of Low Voltage cabling Racking and mounting is very highly desirable.
- Experience with operating hand tools.
- Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
