About the Role:
As a Customer Advisor you will be a key point of contact for candidates and clients offering exceptional support and helping match talent with ideal opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage candidates and clients in person to answer questions about job opportunities and recruitment services.
Provide personalized matching of candidate skills and experience with available positions.
Guide applicants through the full hiring process while ensuring a positive experience.
Resolve basic questions related to applications interviews onboarding and placement services.
Maintain accurate records for candidates clients and recruitment activities.
Stay updated on current hiring campaigns open roles and market trends.
Collaborate with recruiters to meet daily weekly and monthly placement targets.
Participate in training and development programs to build recruitment expertise.
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in customer service sales recruiting or hospitality preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Positive professional dependable and coachable attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
