What Youll Actually Do

• Support retail and commercial land development projects from concept through construction

• Assist in preparing site plans grading plans utility plans drainage plans erosion control plans and construction documentation

• Perform grading design stormwater calculations utility coordination and site development engineering tasks

• Contribute to plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Coordinate with clients municipalities contractors and internal project teams

• Participate in site investigations zoning research utility coordination and project meetings

• Take on increasing ownership of project components as your experience grows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field

• 03 years of experience (internships included)

• Familiarity with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)

• Basic understanding of site design grading stormwater and construction documentation

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Strong interest in land development site design or civil infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• EIT certification or on track to obtain

• Exposure to commercial site design or land development projects
