Entry Level Business Analyst

Were looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is curious organized comfortable working with information and excited to learn. You dont need years of experience for this position. Were looking for someone with the right attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

This role is a good fit for a recent graduate who wants to get their foot in the door and build a career in business analytics operations or technology.

What Your Day Might Look Like

No two days will be exactly the same. You may:

• Review data and reports to help identify whats working and what isnt

• Meet with different teams to understand their needs

• Help improve existing processes and workflows

• Build Excel reports and presentations

• Research a business question and present your findings

• Help track projects deadlines and deliverables

• Work with team members to solve day-to-day business problems

• Learn new tools and systems along the way

• Take an idea from we should probably fix this to an actual solution

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Accounting Data Analytics Information Systems Computer Science or a related field
• 02 years of experience in a business analytical or related role
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Organized dependable and willing to ask questions and learn
