Fast Track ABA Center is seeking compassionate energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician through our Entry Level Autism Therapist Program. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with children and interested in building a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). No prior ABA experience is requiredwe provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What Youll Do
As a Behavior Technician you will:
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
- Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Teach communication social behavioral and daily living skills.
- Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
- Participate in ongoing supervision training and professional development.
- Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members to support each childs progress.
- Create a positive engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
No ABA experience required. We are looking for candidates who have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for working with children
- Patience empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Dependability and professionalism
- A willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Ability to actively engage with children sit on the floor stand frequently and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

About Us
Fast Track ABA Center offers a wide range of behavior analysis services for children with developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) ADHD delays in verbal or nonverbal communication social skills and daily living skills. We specialize in early intervention and create individualized functional based plans using structured-play and intensive teaching intervention to teach life long skills.
