Technical Knowledge and Experience:

• High level of technical expertise in a focused area and working to develop a good general working knowledge of all technical areas including power discrete controls process systems instrumentation drives DCS PLCs pneumatics hydraulics etc.

• This person is recognized by peers as a dynamic and developing person and is actively engaged in coaching and training with more experienced resources.

• Takes direction and executes in a thorough and complete manor.

• Works efficiently with CAD and project leaders to deliver a superior product.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Entry Level to3years of experience in the controls / automation industry

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or comparable engineering discipline

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Location:GreenBay WI

Travel:

Up to 25%

Work Environment:

• 60-75% standard office setting

• 25-40%shopand manufacturing facility

Physical Demands:

• Sufficient mobility to work in an office setting; stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.

• Must have ability to walk long distances and possess the flexibility to maneuver in and around machinery to take measurements.

• When on customer startups must be able to travel long distances by car or plane and have the stamina to work extended hours (12 hours per day) for up to 14 continuous days.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $75000 - $85000âUSD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based ona number offactors including skills experience qualifications and location.
