- Complete basic repairs and maintenance in rental units
- Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (painting cleaning minor repairs)
- Assist with plumbing electrical appliances and general maintenance tasks
- Help with seasonal maintenance and occasional emergency call-outs (additional compensation available)
- Learn through hands-on training experienced mentorship and supported certification programs

- Reliable dependable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Basic mechanical aptitude or fixer mindset
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
- Professional attitude when interacting with tenants
